The number of ways to incorporate mindfulness is limited only by our creativity and effort. When we become mindful and begin to focus on what we are doing we may see how we become more controlled and less easily disturbed by the outer circumstances that we are faced with and eventually learn to work with ourselves as we truly are.
In this course, the student will paint, draw, or sketch several different emotions, learning how to interpret emotions through art rather than words.
